1. What Are Cookies?

3. How to Manage Cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Via our Cookie Banner: click "Manage Cookies" at any time (the 🍪 icon in the bottom-right corner) to accept, reject, or customize categories.
- Browser settings: all major browsers allow you to block, delete, or alert you about cookies. See your browser's help section.
- Opt-out tools: for analytics, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on; for advertising, visit YourOnlineChoices.eu or NetworkAdvertising.org.
- Do Not Track: our site respects the DNT header where technically feasible.
4. Third-Party Cookies
This website integrates third-party services that may set cookies: Google Tag Manager (tag management; does not set its own tracking cookies), Google Analytics 4 (analytics; sets the _ga cookies through Google Tag Manager), Google reCAPTCHA v3 (form protection against spam and bots; may set technical security cookies on the Google domain, such as NID), and the LinkedIn pixel (LinkedIn Insight Tag), which we have added through Google Tag Manager to measure conversions and run remarketing; it sets LinkedIn Corporation marketing cookies such as bcookie, lidc, li_sugr, li_gc, and li_fat_id. We do not control these third-party cookies; see the Google and LinkedIn cookie policies for details.
5. Consent and Legal Basis
Under the ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5.3) and GDPR (Art. 6.1.a), we require your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent before placing non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing, personalization). Necessary cookies (technical, security, preferences) do not require consent (Art. 6.1.f / ePrivacy exemption). You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Manage Cookies" link; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect new cookies, providers, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
